The PS3 will not charge a controller while it is off. The controller will not turn off when you turn off the PS3 unless you change the PS3 settings. This can cause the controller to always have a dead battery each time you go to use it. Go to PS3 settings for the controller and click yes for auto turn off when PS3 is turned off. This may not be your problem and you can tell because the PS3 controller should work with a dead battery if it is plugged into the charging cable and the PS3 is turned on.
leave the PS3 turned on and change the settings to turn off the controller when the PS3 is turned off. You can turn the controller and the PS3 back on by pressing the PS3 emblem on the controller
Yes when your controller needs to be charged you can use the charging cable and still use the controller to play the game. Always make sure your system settings automatically turn off your controller when you turn off the PS3. Remember the PS3 will not charge the controller when it is off.
I would log into www.Amazon.com and purchase one off of there. They will have the controller you are looking for, and may even have some used ones you could buy at a discounted price.
Theres a little button on the 360 and the controller. Make sure you are holding both buttons when turning on the controller.
No you need to set your PS3 to automatically turn off your controllers and if you plan on charging them between uses set the PS3 auto off for long enough to allow the charge and make sure you do not turn the PS3 system off when you quit playing. If you turn the PS3 off it will not charge the controller and then go off. My Sony HDTV has a USB port and I use that to keep the controller charged as any USB port can be used to charge a controller. I also purchased a pair of Sony Controller cables like the original equipment at amazon for only $10 although sometimes the price increases
If you are referring to the Playstation 3, Hold the PS button down on your controller and release it, then select "Turn off your Controller"
your ps3 controller or the system is jacked up or somethin
Hold the Playstation emblem and the PS3 screen will show choices chose turn off the controller and then yes. It may take you a few turns to learn how to move things on the screen using the move controller to actually learn how to move it to the turn off the controller and then to yes from no and then how to click it on the yes ( with the x button)
they are made into a sugar before they are burned off and used. if they are unused they become fat.
If your ps3 controller isn't working wirelessly, then you may have to reregister it. To do this, you have to plug it into the ps3 with the special cord. If it still doesn't work, even if it is left plugged in, then you may have something wrong with your controller and you may have to purchase a new controller. You should also check the charge on the PS3 wireless controller. if you unplug a PS3 that battery is not charged it will not work. When you turn off the PS3 if you have not set the PS3 to also turn off the controller automatically in controller setting the controller will remain on and the battery will drain. The PS3 does not charge controllers when it is off.
