Yes, carrot tops are a very healthy plant for rabbits and can be included regularly in their daily "salad" (serving of fresh greens).

Carrots themselves are very sugary and should be considered a treat food.

Yes, rabbits do eat carrot tops. Many rabbits LOVE carrot tops. Carrot tops are very healthy for rabbits and can be included in the rotation of daily "salad" greens. Carrots themselves, though, are high in sugar and starches and should be considered a treat and strictly limited. Too many carrots or any treat can lead to illness. Theoretically, yes.

There are lists of known poisonous plants for rabbits online. You can find them by doing a web search.

The problem with strawberry tops is that fruit growers assume we aren't going to eat them, so they don't worry about anything that gets on them (pesticides and other chemicals, fertilizer, general filth from handling). It's the same as any kind of part of produce that we don't eat (skins, tops): they're dirty. Even organic produce.

If you grew the strawberries yourself, okay. Otherwise, you should wash the tops carefully -- consider using a vegetable soap, even.
