Along the Blue Ridge Parkway (BRP) in the Western part of the state are numerous areas where wild blueberries grow. A very busy area is known as the Graveyard fields near MilePost 418. For the adventurous soul there are numerous trails along the BRP that often go through fields of blueberries.

I assume there are other areas in the state, but since I live near Asheville, Nc the BRP is my backyard.
