As far as I know, yes. Rooibos tea comes from South Africa. It is v beneficial both externally and internally due to its high antioxidant content. It has a calming effect on both stomach and, when applied externally, on skin. Some sources claim it s good to calm irritated, sumburnt or eczema-prone skin in the form of toner or face spritz. Just infuse sm rooibos tea bags, then apply the cooled liquid topically as mentioned. I also used it as a final hair rinse (gt fed up w heavy-weight conditioners, lol). Gave v nice, fresh feel to scalp and great, multitonal shine to my hair (naturally brown, now has bit henna on it). So yes, I think it s another great, natural thing to incorporate in your beauty regime...Simple and with no chemicals :-)
