When a dog is injured, they need lots of water! They also will benefit from protein and calcium. I give my dogs scrambled eggs because it has both protein (eggs) and calcium (milk). With scrambled eggs you can also throw in other things such as leftover pork, chicken, steak, or vegetables. Be careful not to add too much and stick to just the eggs if s/he is having tummy troubles. Make sure you let the eggs cool before serving, also! Hope your four-legged friend feels better!
What the heck? Not nice to do that to your pet!
There are various reasons why a dog may be constipated: ... the condition can occur in any dog who doesn't eat adequate amounts of fiber, get enough exercise ...
This means your dog is Constipated. You need to make sure your dog has plenty of water! And take it to the vet as soon as possible !
Yes, but it depends on the kind of bone. Dogs can chew and swallow soft bones that may made them constipated, but it'll come out eventually, it will be light colored and dense.
yes Salami is OK to give to your dog
Yes, dog food can be quite binding.
If your dog is still drinking fluids you can wait 48 hours before returning to the Veterinarian. However if your dog is not drinking and not eating, make a appointment to see your Vet for that same day. Meanwhile try and tempt your dog with warmed tinned food, by adding gravy to meals or by feeding a light diet of grilled chicken, omelet and scrambled eggs.
I only use a teaspoon of pumpkin and only use this if dog is constipated.
go to a vet this can bind the animals intestines
