well I'm 18 yrs old and i have sickle cell trait. i can tell you that there are not that many here are some: -don't exercise for a prolonged time i did this a couple of times and when i stopped to catch my breath i felt very dizzy like if i was going to faint -make sure your hydrated all day to ensure you red blood cells are constantly moving -and last you will probably have some acute migraines or have tiny headaches sometime out of nowhere i hope my advice helps you better understand make sure to get your partner tested
