Weed is very strange for me. The first time I got high my vision became larger and "high definition." I normally have extremely good vision so it is strange that I have better vision when high. However, there have been times when high that I have lost vision, and been temporarily blind, but this has been like when you stand up after sitting down and your vision is shakey except amplified a ton. I now have the ability to amplify my vision without smoking weed which is pretty neat but I know of no one else that has had the same experiences as myself.

Yes smoking can cause eye cancer, everytime you take a drag off a cigarette there is hot smoke around your eyes that cause them to go glossy also getting eye tokes (when the smoke goes right in your eyes) can be double as harmful, this can be prevented by smoking outside but can still harm your eyes.

Smoking Marijuana increases the intraocular pressure in humans. It can also cause redness of the eyes as bloodflow to them is increased.

It is not known to cause vision problems. It may have an indirect impact by causing high blood pressure which in turn can harm vision. But by itself it does not cause vision trouble.
