Yes there are fish that can breath out of water, and in fact some fish such as Betta's and 'lung fish' are adapted to do just that. There are many other species that can gulp air, such as the mud skippers.
There are some fish that have evolved over the millenia to survive for a while without water because they have developed methods of either using or conserving oxygen. The vast majority of fish however can not get oxygen from air because they have gills rather than lungs and so they can not breath without water flowing over their gills.
Yes. There is usually some dissolved in water. It is what the fish breath.
Because they are underwater. They have to get oxygen that is dissolved in the water instead of that available in the air. Fish have an air bladder which controls their buoyancy. Some fish can use it as a lung. When they swim in the water they use their gills. When they are on land, they use their lung.
The fish hasgills that they use to filter from the water the oxygen they need to as you say "breath" ,so when you put them on land there gills are not working anymore by filtering the water for oxygen because there is no water it's as you know just air (oxygen) so there gills are still trying to work but there is no water to filter oxygen for them.
Yes, some fish can survive without a filter in their tank, but it may require more frequent water changes and maintenance to keep the water clean and healthy for the fish.
yes some do but some dont
The animals live in the sea or water and it is bad for some animals such as Dolphin's, Whales, fish etc. to breath that oil.
Well you see fish breath through things called gills so they don't need lungs to breath. Whales have huge holes at the top of their heads so when they need to breath they squrt out water from those holes.
Yes, all animals that live in the water breath air bubbles. without air bubbles the fish will die. some animals in that water can go for a longer amount of time with out air. example dolphins.
Usually, it would die after flopping around for a few minutes. Some fish, however, can survive without water by burrowing into mud.
Well, fish evolved in water; they breath it,they drink it, they live in it. Some land animals have returned to the water, completely like whales, partially like seals, half & half like otters, and slightly like dogs. They all breath air.
