No. Although damage from hurricanes can be catastrophic, they are still quire small when compared with the whole world.
And they don't form in all oceans; the Atlantic has them while the Pacific does not.
Hurricanes cannot destroy the Earth. Please, if you can, think about this. If lava, at temperatures over 1,250 degrees Fahrenheit can only reshape a small part of the earth, then wouldn't hurricanes just be able to knock a couple of trees over and cause just a small portion of erosion.
Most people tend to believe that if humanity is destroyed, the world becomes nothing. This is an obvious mistake, but most people do not realize it. Hurricanes, volcanoes, earthquakes, and tsunamies will easily be able to destroy humankind and some types of animals, but the world is so huge that no matter how hard you try, you will never be able to imagine how incredibly huge it is. A small ocean-based storm will never be able to kill its own home.

It depends upon the disaster, and how widespread.
An Earthquake couldn't Destroy Earth, but would damage the face of the Earth, not 'break' the Planet. I supose if you count Comets and Meteors as Natural Disasters, then yes, they can split the planet with enough imapact.
Hurricanes have different affect in different countries. Like in America when they get hurricanes straight away everythings back to normal because they have the money. But in poor countries like Honduras, they can't cope. They depend on their fruits so they have nothing when the plants get ruined by the Hurricane.
