Steps1) Select the cheat code in the Action Replay main menu, It's recommended to deselect other codes when using this code. Cheat codes that do not require L+R (such as Walk Anywhere) would not be a problem.

2) While playing the game, press L and R

3) In the Bag, you will find 493 Masterballs, the 493 means the Pokemon number, therefore in this case Arceus would appear in the wild grass.

4) To get a specific Pokemon, Just keep the amount of the remaining Masterballs equal to the Pokemon Number (To get Bulbasaur, deposit 492 Master balls, which would only make 1 Master Ball available; #001 is Bulbasaur's Pokedex number)

5) If you keep getting a certain Pokemon even though you've changed the number of master balls, press L only after setting the Pokemon number.

Manaphy Egg

After you put this code, press L+R in the game the go to the PokeMart, there should be a guy there wearing green clothes in front of the clerk, talk to him and he will give you a manaphy egg. Don't forget to leave an empty space in your party before talking to him.
