People usually have a phobia of something, not from. The best thing to do is talk to the lecturer of the dissection class (note spelling).

It's just nerves really. If someone is desperately scared/afraid of something, it becomes a phobia. This causes the person being really really worried of something, and will avoid it as much as possible. The same thing can happen if someone REALLY hates something. If they hated SOMEONE, it won't be a phobia, as such, they would just REALLY dislike someone, although it may happen on rare occasions(someone having a phobia of a human being, depending on the situation of the reason of the hate).
