PSX Emulator? I know of a good one. ePSXe. Highly configurable, many options. You'll have to find the BIOS though, as those ARE illegal.

That would require either a Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 emulator, but keep in mind that such an emulator is hard to find and would require a really extreme computer, because even if you had hardware better then an Xbox or Playstation, an emulator takes much much more power. Assuming you could handle it then you should install one and find a "rom" for the game you want to the console that your emulator is based on.
