i really like Sharon creech's novel's such as "ruby holler" or"GRANNY TORTILLIA makes soup"(sounds wired but it really is good) also you might like Margaret Peterson haddix.she is a reallygood author you should try the shadow children series.its it was the best i have ever read.Kimberly K Jones wrote "Sanddollar summer" its really, really, really good. Also Carl Hiassin(I that's how you spell it)wrote "Hoot" wich has also been made into a movie.he also wrote Flush another real good story.You should also read judy blumes books they're pretty good to. anyway heres my list:
