Can someone give me a suggestion as to why my heater blower cuts on and off in my 2000 jeep wrangler I have replaced the blower motor regulator and resistor.?

It sounds like you covered all the main pieces. But what ive found in electrical, is grounds, grounds, grounds. Usually the culprit. Chack your ground conections for paint, rust and such
