Depending on the situation, yes and no.
If someone is kidnapped or abducted for a long period of time, they may suffer from sever Stockholm's Syndrome, where the person bonds with their captivator as a method of survival, sometimes even begins to love them.
If it is in a normal person's life, sometimes the person someone hates changes and that person no longer hates them. Other times, the person does not change, and the feelings of hate stay.

However, if that person say...murdered your husband or wife, then that's a much longer road to travel. Some acts are just unforgivable.
