My father is an electronic engineer and deals with computers and etc. he said you need to plug out everything wait for atleast 5-10 minutes and the plug everything back in wait like about 5 minutes then turn on the computer
in Windows, press ctr-alt-del. in Ubuntu you would press ctr-alt-esc and click the window that's causing the problem.
There could be many factors that are causing this. It could be that your computer's specifications are not good enough to run Windows 10 very well. You may also be running too many programs at the same time.
The Windows System Configuration utility helps determine if a service or application being loaded into Windows is causing unexpected operating system behaviour. This utility allows services and applications to be selectively disabled. If the unexpected behaviour stops after disabling a service or application then the source of the problem is identified.
Popup windows could possibly contain viruses that could be activated if clicked on. Some popup windows are activated when a user arrives at a page but some are on a time delay. More nefarious popup windows can flood the available processor memory causing a crash. Clearing a massive number of popup screens that are part of a virus to crash a computer actually trigger more popup windows. To safeguard a computer, consider installing a popup blocker.
A trojan horse. A trojan horse is a program designed to disguise itself as a innocent program, and later find a backdoor into your computer, therefore letting the person on the other end take over your computer. Then, they can do anything they want. Steal your info, destroy Windows causing you to have to go buy another copy and reinstall, display pop-ups, and much, much more.
I also have this problem, I'm using XP64 edition. I suppose that not all the drivers are installed. I will try to remove components from my computer one by one and try to figure aout which one is causing problems. I have no other ideea.
There's a lot of things that can cause a BSOD. Registry errors, programs causing conflicts with Windows or your driver, out of date drivers causing conflicts, corrupted RAM, or even your hard drive starting to die and corrupting the information stored on it. Unfortunately there is no one answer to the question.

The service engine soon light flashes when the computer senses a fault and sets a diagnostic code. Most auto parts stores will read this code for free and tell you what may be causing the problem.
I would love to help you, but without further information, I can't. What exactly is the problem and what is your operating system? Also include anything you think may be causing it, etc.
