It depends on what you're taking it for, but if it's been for any length of time and a medical diagnosis has been made concerning the usual things that it's prescribed for, and you're actively being treated for it, then it's likely a medical disqualifier.
The military generally looks at your past history; what the diagnosis is, how long you were treated, and if you're currently taking any meds for a diagnosis now. Typically they want recruits to be off meds for those kinds of problems for at least a year, with no ongoing treatment.
