yes if the doc gave you a prescriptoin your all good.
NO
Answer This is probably off-topic. But, the thing is, stop using anything that is not prescribed for you by a doctor. Parole is a chance to redirect your life, with guidance, and you can make a difference if you pay attention--both to yourself and the people around you. Don't let it pass by. Then, the drug tests will not matter at all, which makes life simple.
You are on parole for the prescribed period of parole, that is until you are discharged. This may seem confusing, but it is not intended to be. Parole is typically a matter of two years. It can be as little as one, but rarely is. It can also be for periods of five years, ten years, and is some instances life. But, once a parolee is discharged from parole, the period of parole and the jurisdiction of the DOC (Department of Corrections) over the offender are over.
If it is necessary for you to report an absconder, you may contact the local Parole Office and ask to speak to the Parole Officer of the abscondee.
Yes, however if the parolee does not have the permission (preferably written) of his Parole Officer, it would not be advisable.
Parole Violaton
Yes both are benzodiazapines but clonopin is very easy to have a doctor prescribe so ask your physician to write you a script right before the test and there is nothing even a parole officer can do if a doctor prescribes a medication for legitimate reasons
I would say the most likely time to see one would be if your on parole.
If someone is convicted of a capital offense and sentenced to death they can be executed, but it would not be for violating parole.
Want to know what to do about a parole officer that is tyring to do everything to put someone back in jail. he has done nothing wrong and this guy is trying everything to violate him.
No.
unsure but my fiance is on parole and probation he was violated for drugs. He has gone to court and given credit for time served and ordered released but he cant because he now has his parole hold. His parole officer will be taking hold off as we speak?
