Forums and all that. you dont need to be born with it. everyone has an aura, and there own energy body. therefore they can manipulate energy and use it to there will. Firstly psychic abilities have not been proven (not to be mistaken for not real) so it is difficult to give a definate answer. Some people believe that people are born with psychic abilities and that that it is impossible to become a psychic if you were not born with the ability.
