Nope - the natural fluids present in the uterus kills off the sperm after a few days.
Pregnancy is not a result of fat accumulating in your abdominal/hip region which would cause "a bunch of rolls". Pregnancy is the result of a growing fetus in the uterus. As the fetus grows, it expans the uterus and the skin around the uterus causing it to "bulge".
Pregnancy does not cause inflammation in the uterus. Inflammation of the uterus during pregnancy would serve no biological purpose.
the uterus
When used for treatment, the hysteroscope is used with other devices to remove polyps, fibroids, or IUDs that have become embedded in the wall of the uterus.
ectopic pregnancy
During development, an embryo is embedded in the the endometrium during the first week of pregnancy. The endometrium is the innermost muccous membrage of the uterus. The embryo becomes implanted in it, then the surrounding tissue forms sinuses that exchange nutrients and later becomes the placenta.
In your uterus
Intrauterine pregnancy means that the pregnancy (fetus) is inside the uterus where it is supposed to be and not ectopic (in the tubes or anywhere other than the uterus).
The hormone progesterone in the corpus luteum will prepare the uterus for pregnancy.
Pregnancy.
An IUD is meant to prevent pregnancy, so when it's in the uterus, you have a lower risk of pregnancy, and when you remove it, your risk goes back to what it was before.
The ovary will not become anything. It will remain the ovary. None of the reproductive organs morph into anything else. The egg that is fertilized divides into cells while in the uterus and then attaches itself to the uterine lining. Once it is embedded into the uterus, it starts to grow into a baby, and it creates a placenta, amniotic sack, etc.
