The final SCSI device in the chain of devices must be terminated. If you have only one device and it's attached to a SCSI port, you must terminate that device. If you have two or more SCSI devices that are linked together and to a shared SCSI Port ie: SCSI Port, Device #1, Device #2, etc, then the final device in the 'chain' must be terminated to allow for proper recognition. The SCSI Port also requires a terminator as well.
Yes. You must pay until the child support order has been terminated by the time set forth in the order, or terminated by the court. Even if the order is terminated you will still owe any arrearages.
No, but that parent must return to court to get the order terminated.
Yes, the non-custodial parent must obey the child support order until it is modified or terminated by the court. If the child has moved out the NC parent can petition the court to have the child support order terminated. The court will review the case and render a decision.
Voluntarily terminating your rights or having the rights terminated by the state does not necessarily terminate your obligation to pay child support. Unless your child is adopted and another adult becomes responsible you generally must continue to pay child support.
yes he still must pay support until your kid turns 18 years old.
Both ends
A child support order must be modified or terminated by the court that issued it. If the parties are unmarried the mother may wish to maintain the support order in effect (wisely) since the relationship appears to be unstable.
Only in the case that both parents agree to terminate parental rights and terminate child support and then a Motion to Modify SAPCR must be entered and a judge must agree to the terms of modification and sign off. In general, once paternity is established, the non-custodial parent must pay child support as order by the court. The amount of child support can be modified if there are matieral changes to the parent's financial circumstances, but not terminated prematurely. If parental rights are are signed over, child support must still be paid--otherwise, non-custodial parents could sign the rights away to avoid paying.
You should use a hub. Sometimes you can daisy chain, but you can get unpredictable results.
