Best Answer

Sushi is best freshly made. It's going to lose a lot of its flavor, and the nori looses its firm texture after a few hours. If you can help it, don't eat sushi that's not fresh. You won't be able to consume it in its best form.

It will depend upon what type of sushi. If it is just the rice, it may be okay the next day. If it contains raw fish, it would most certainly not be safe to eat.
