Animals are hurt every day because of this, they are burnt, poked, sliced open and intentinally killed just so that they can see what affect something had on them. its absolutely does. animal testing kills millions of innocent rats, bunnies, dogs, cats, monkeys, and other animals. they are put through test and tireless test. constantly poked and probbed with needles and test tubes. they are deprived of food and water, are abused by the the researchers, and are kept in a hard, cold, steel cage for their life.

all they can do is sit and wait in fear of the next terrifying and painful procedure that will be performed on them. The stress, sterility and boredom causes some animals to develop neurotic behaviors such incessantly spinning in circles, rocking back and forth and even pulling out their own hair and biting their own skin. They shake and cower in fear whenever someone walks past their cages and their blood pressure spikes drastically. After enduring lives of pain, loneliness and terror, almost all of them will be killed.

Cruel and deadly toxicity tests are also conducted as part of massive regulatory testing programs that are often funded by U.S. taxpayers' money. The Environmental Protection Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, the National Toxicology Program, and the Department of Agriculture are just a few of the government agencies that subject animals to painful and crude tests.

yes it is! animals have the right to live and not to be stuck in cages with pipes hanging off them. If i cought anyone testing animals, i would kill them with my own hands, no matter what happens to me. stop animal testing!

Yes the testers dont care about the animals they are using as experiments that is why i believe we should ban animal testing. i know this as i seen this myself while working as a managerial tester. --- It actually depends on the kind of testing being done. However, animals used for nonfatal tests are often destroyed anyway when of no further use.
