If your first husband was named John James Josephson and the son you had with him is named Harold Josephson, he would not "be a junior." If your second husband was named James John Jackson, and your son with him was named James John Jackson, then that son could be styled James John Jackson, Jr. But if you named you son John James Jackson, or Charles Jackson for that matter, he would not be "junior." There would be no naming confusion and no need to distinguish him from his father by calling him "junior."
