No, not likely. The Benjamin Marauder .25 is an air rifle. While accurate to 100 yards, it pushes only 900 ft/lbs. It would be foolish to try to take down a wild boar, and likely wouldn't penetrate the hide of a hog or deer.

Might be okay or squirrel or rabbit.

Can the Benjamin marauder 25 cal kill a deer?

No, no air rifle has a capablitay to kill a deer. The maruader is a great gun but it can only kill up to a rabbit or mabye a fox. If you try to shoot a deer with that it will charge at you or it will just shake it off.

What caliber of rifle to kill deer?

Any caliber can do the job. Most states regulate what can be used.

Can you kill a dear with a 22 CALIBER?

Yes, it's possible, however unlikely, and if you shoot a deer with a .22 caliber, the deer will (almost certainly) run off and you won't find it.

What is the smallest gun that can kill a deer?

It depends on what you mean. If you mean legally, many U.S. states require a caliber larger than .22 or 223, however, that IS legal in some states. If you mean what caliber will kill a deer, almost any rifle caliber will, but .22 or .223 is questionable, which is why many states prohibit that for deer hunting.

Can a 40 caliber pellet gun kill a deer?

If you are talking about a PCP (PreCharged Pneumatic) rifle. With a .45 caliber pellet, then "Yes" It can. I don't believe there is a 40 Caliber pellet gun.

Can a 22 caliber pellet kill a deer?

It may be possible- but a .22 caliber pellet rifle will not RELIABLY kill a deer, and it is probably not legal in your area. A .22 pellet simply does not have the energy to damage nerves and organs to produce a quick and humane kill. .22 rimfire rifles have been used to kill deer, frequently by poachers. However, there have been many more deer wounded by .22s that would die much later from an infection. While it may be possible, it is not a good idea, and definitely not sportsmanlike hunting.

Could a 22 caliber pellet gun kill a deer?

it may kill a deer if you were lucky. But it is not the best choice for hunting deer. Remember a .22 pellet is the same size slug as a regular .22 cal bullet and I would not hunt deer with a .22 cal rifle. It's just a poor choice.

Can a ar-15 kill a deer?

This question depends on the bullet, trajectory, and placement. Personally, I would never take a .223 caliber rifle against a deer. It does not have the penetration or mass of the bullet to make a good shot. Now back to the question, yes it could but it is highly unrecommended. Technically, a 22lr could kill a deer, but that is a less that 0.05% chance! Use a .308 or 30-06 caliber rifle!

What is the best rifle to use to kill deer?

I believe that a .270 caliber, .308, .30-30, and .243 caliber rifles are great calibers to hunt deer with. I think that a .30-06 is just a bit overkill, but sometimes i will use that. i use eather a .270 or a .308 most of the time when i hunt white tail deer

Which pellet gun will kill an armadillo?

Because of their hard shell it's going to take a very powerful air pistol. You said Gun So I assume you want a pistol not a rifle. I would recommend one of the two following .22 caliber air pistols: Evanix Hunting Master AR6 by Evanix Benjamin Marauder Air Pistol Both of these are recommended for small game hunting. Be advised that the Marauder will also require a special hand pump or Scuba tank to charge it to full power.

What caliber of rifle do you need to kill a deer?

That's sort a difficult question to answer. Any caliber might happen to kill a deer. A good gun would be 7mm or 308. Depending on the size of the deer. And how much recoil you can take and how loud maybe. Just make sure you can get a rifle that you like and fits you comfortably. some calibers might be .243 30-30 7mm-08 .270 and most calibers over a .223 will kill a deer either by dropping it or you would have to follow a blood trail . but dont get a caliber that you cant handle or is to big . You can go to your local gun smith for their opinion also. happy hunting and safe hunting and remember to take youths to get them into the sport.

Is it hard to kill a deer with a 17?

Its illegal. Use a caliber sufficient to take your quarry. A .17 caliber bullet is likely to cause a significant amount of pain and suffering to a deer. Start with a minimum of a .243 rifle. You owe it to the animal to make a clean kill. More importantly, please eat what you harvest.
