No. It won't even fit under the bridges, is well over 150 feet longer than the lock, and over 40 feet wider.

Obviously the Oasis is larger than a Panamax ship, but since 2007 the Panama Canal Authorities have started construction of a third set of locks to accomodate post-Panamax ships. The new lock chambers will be 1,400 ft (426.72 m) long, by 180 ft (54.86 m) wide, and 60 ft (18.29 m) deep.

This will allow the transit of vessels with a beam of up to 49 meters (160 ft), an overall length of up to 366 meters (1,200 ft) and a draft of up to 15 meters (50 ft)

- Oasis of the Seas is 16 decks high, or 65 metres above the waterline, and measures 360 metres long and 47 metres wide. So YES, The Oasis of the seas WILL just be able to go through the Panama Canal - third set of locks - along with all the other post-Panamax ships - from 2014 (when the third set of locks is scheduled for operation).

The lowest fixed bridge is the Bridge of America's with a clearance of 201-213 feet (high-low tide) clearance (61-65m) so the Oasis would only just be able to scrape under the bridge at low tide.
The largest size ship that can fit through the existing locks is called a Panamax ship, and anything larger is called a post-Panamax or a super post-Panamax (SPP), I don't know what term will be used for the largest size ship that will fit through the new set of locks will be. Super Panamax? (without the 'post') But the Oasis is basically that - the longest, widest, tallest ship that will be able to fit through the new set of locks and scrape under the bridge.

The ships that meet the maximum size of the Third Set of Locks (their official name, believe it or not) will be called New Panamax. Maersk E-class and Triple E-class container ships, and the Oasis of the Seas, will still be post-Panamax: the Oasis because it won't fit under the Bridge of the Americas and the Maersk ships because they'll still be too long and wide.
