yes it does.. an strangely had a very different result that what i expected in an air-conditioning system. faster the blower speed, higher the temperature (hotter air 14*C) output. when the blower speed was at low, the temperature output was much cooler(cooler air 7*C)
not really sure if it is properly proven but i feel its due to the lack of time in exchange of heat from the atmospheric air to the refrigerant when the blower speed is on HIGH. the heat exchange time when blower speed is slow is more an hence more then heat transfer and cooler temperatures!
anyone agree on this?
you can put a blower on nearly any motor
Sounds like there may be trash in there..drop the blower motor out,get the debris out, put it back in...simple job...
I do not know what vehicle you are referring to but I just replaced one on a 1996 Nissan Sentra because the only speed that was working on the blower motor was 'high'. Underneath the glove box was a couple of screws that came out and the new resistor was put in. Two screws and done......... Most blower motor resistors are located close to the blower motor.
Leave the fan on and put a clutch under the fan, than if you have a turbo connect the fan blower to the turbo
the easiedt way to fixyour blower motor is to reverse poliality on the blower moter just reverse the wires.who ever worked on this installled the blower motor wheel so that it turned wrong, either reverse poliarity or take blower motor out and put wheel on right .good luck
My s-10 does the same thing. I have found out that it only blows when I place the blower motor in speed 4. If I unplug the blower motor and put the switch to 4 it does not blow. I have recently replaced the blower motor and resistor and this had no effect. Hope this helps.
Check the fuse and relay first. Then check the blower resister, then the blower motor itself. One of these is probably the cause of the failure.
The blower motor can be replaced on a 1995 Chevy truck by first disconnecting the battery. It helps to take a picture of the blower motor before dismantling, so that it can be put back easily. Disconnect all the wires from the motor, then remove the bolts holding it to the firewall. Replace with the new motor and bolt it in, then connect the wires. Reconnect the battery.
PUT YO DICK IN IT NIGGUHH!!!!
Take the old one out and put the new one in.
I take leaves and twigs out of the heater blower motor fan by remove four screws from a plastic housing under the glove compartment. The motor falls into your hands. PS the leaves and twigs make a heck of a noise - when you put the fan motor on.
I just had my blower motor replaced in my 95 Achieva. The motor is located on the firewall behind the motor on the passanger side of the car. The mechanic had to cut away part of the plastic cover to remove and replace the motor It cost me $168.00 to have this done. $70.00 for the motor and the rest was labor. wow you got ripped off! I bought my blower motor at auto zone for 24.99 and it has a lifetime warranty. Put it in myself.. no problem!
