I don't know, but I've been trying to get pregnant for nine months, and every night this month since I've ovulated I've dreamt about a baby. This hasn't happened before.
I had a dream 4wks ago that I was sitting on the loo at work with a positive test in my hand. when I woke up I did a test and it was positive I am sure it was the body letting me know. we had been trying for 3 and half yrs and had just given up hope. I am 8wks pregnant now!! Not to say that it is the same for everyone but it was for me. Hope this helps.
