Yes. But you will need the app installed on the computer you are connecting it to.
Jewelry Boxes will also transfer charms.
The Fairy Game toy woll not load charms.

Unfortunately, no. The only toys that will transfer the charms are the Clickables Jewelry Box and the Clickables Friendship Bracelet.
