Most any tattoo can be touched up or recolored by a professional tattooist... Tho keep in mind this may be a lil' more painful than the original piece, as now we are going over scar tissue. All a tattoo is a colored and shaped scar resulting from the application of the ink.
Remember always see the professional tattooist, and dont be surprised when he suggests that you need a re-outlining.....90% of those who come to me for re-coloring really need an outline first for the color to stand out against........TatuBaron
... if you tattoo over the existing color. Your results may not be very good if you just got the tattoo however
Yes. Although the darker your skin is, the less vibrant the color will be.
Shading and coloring is the same thing. First thing done is the outline then the shading, its the different forms and ways of shading that is up to the artist to prefer.
There's not a specific meaning to just any tattoo in the corner of the eye, it would really depend on what it is because there have been known to be many different reasons for different tattoos in that spot. For example there are tear drops (depending if outline, filled, black or in color), crosses & dollar signs that have specific meanings.
There aren't any universal meanings for tattoo symbols. Cherries could mean a love of the color red, a love of fruit or a love of ice cream sundaes. Check out tattoo symbolism here: http://tattoo.about.com/cs/beginners/a/symbols_intro.htm But remember, sometimes a cherry is just a cherry. It doesn't mean or symbolize anything!
tattoo and blood donationYou can give blood BEFORE a tattoo but the Red Cross has a restriction on blood donation AFTER a tattoo. I am not sure if it if one year or three years. **It was a year, but they recently changed it to 6 months. But I've never heard of anything saying you can't give blood before a tattoo. Go give blood!
The only difference is the color of the ink.
its the color of a blank of a girl and a boobs
The horse of a different color was portrayed in the original Wizard of Oz movie as an animal that changed color.
Well first off if the Tattoo was not at a shop I would go to the doctor and have them look at that. If the tattoo was done at a parlor I would call your tattoo artist and ask him if any of the tattoo work would of had any part of the color.
Depends on who the tattoo artist is and how big the tattoo. If it is color makes a difference. I have 14 and the ran about 250.00 each.
mine did!

Purple is a color of royalty. Dragonflies symbolize good luck. A purple dragonfly tattoo is therefore a very good tattoo to have.
