The father can petition the court to terminate parental rights and if he can provide compelling reason why such a petition should be granted, yes it could happen. However termination of parental rights does not terminate child support obligations, only your right to visit your child or have any decision making input in their lives. Child support generally can only be terminated if the child is placed for a legal adoption with an adult willing and able to assume financial responsibility for them.
He will still have to pay child support even though he signs his rights away.
No he can not.
I'm in a relation ship where my friend sign his right away and the mother has no rights the children is in foster care or rather the foster mother adopt them now she want them to get to know their real father and mother and i want to know is this legal
You have to yield the right away if there is a sign that states it or for any emergency vehicles.
The first one at the stop sign lol nah the right
It requires a Motion to the Court for approval.
There is no "right to care for" a husband, so no, she cannot sign it away or regain it.
If they are on Welfare, the court will not approve it.
Yes, he is still the father. If you were married to the boyfriend and he adopted the baby you would still have to get the father to sign away his rights.
no
He has the right to sign the birth certificate and go to court and prove paternity and then petition for visitation, child support and custody. If he gets the court orders she can not go against them.
Yes.(after you sign and pay)
