Lack of pregnancy symptoms is not a cause for concern. Every woman is different, and therefore their symptoms are different; some women have none of the traditional pregnancy symptoms. Consider yourself lucky not to have some of the more unpleasant symptoms, such as morning sickness, that so many women experience! I had no symptoms early in my pregnancy, and I am currently 20 weeks along with a healthy baby boy. If you are still concerned, talk to your OB/GYN, but there is no need to worry! Good luck.
Depression symptoms can be common or specific to a human variable such as gender, race, or age. Simply stated, all people can demonstrate fatigue or lack of appetite, but other symptoms are specific to things like a menstrual cycle or peer pressure in adolescents. http://www.webmd.com/depression/guide/depression-symptoms-and-types
It is not likely that the lack of breast tenderness would be a symptom of pregnancy just because you usually have it as a PMS symptom. You're symptoms of pregnancy include: missed period, fatigue, swollen and or tender breasts, mood swings, flu like symptoms, nausea, implantation bleeding (slightly different than a period) etc. Not all women will experience pregnancy symptoms so if you do suspect you might be pregnant, you should take a test rather than relying solely on symptoms. Not all women will experience a missed period during the first few weeks of pregnancy, so again, it is important to use other determinations of pregnancy other than symptoms. It is important for you to confirm your pregnancy as soon as possible to ensure the proper care and safety of you and your new baby. Most of these symptoms will start about two weeks after the first day of your missed period.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a condition in women who have a hormonal imbalance that causes the symptoms that follows: excessive facial hair growth, male pattern balding, acne, weight gain, insulin resistance marks, and lack or absence of a menstrual cycle. Generally women find that they have PCOS, or show symptoms of having PCOS in teenage years but they could find out even later in life. The lack of a menstrual cycle is usually the only complaint when seeing a doctor, but it all depends on the person.
