Technically, yes. If your odometer is only off by a little then making sure tire pressures are at their recommended settings might bring the meter back to dead on. If it's off by a lot (and you're running stock size tires) then there are products available (Yellow Box and Speedo Healer to name a couple) that can be installed between the sending unit and the instrument. They're tiny computers that you set to add or subtract specific percentages. All the above will also affect the speedometer though so if it's already accurate (My '04 is 'spot on' accurate), you probably shouldn't mess with them.
All that said, here's the simpler method. Determine how far off your odometer is by using highway markers (the longer the trip the better) or a GPS. Note the error then, anytime you need to check mileage just add or subtract the error from what you're seeing.
