Sounds possible but check carefully for rubbing anywhere.
yes.... 195 60R14 or 185 65R14 or 165 70R14
14 inch rim diameter, then varies depending on trim line 195/65R14 for Gl 2.5L 185/70R14 for Gl 2.0L 195/65R14 for Lx 2.5L 185/70R14 for Lx 2.0L 205/60R14 for SE all for 1995 Ford Contour, the current tires should say the size on the side.
Usually it can, but we need to see the WHOLE tire number to say for sure.
Probably, especially if the other dimensions are the same as the bigger tire. Be advised that you will not receive as good gas mileage.
185 is larger
NO, that is not possible. Rim size is different and even if you found same bolt pattern there would be problems.
These two sizes are acceptable substitutes. 195/65-14 175/75-14
NO, that is not possible. Rim size is different and even if you found same bolt pattern there would be problems.
195/75-13 would be the best replacement. 205/70-13 would be an acceptable replacement.
Yes, it's compatible
the tire size is 185 r75 14 or 195 r75 14
Yes. I just recently got 195/45r14 for my car a little nervous they wouldn't fit when I got them they fit great the tires before were 185/65r14. Fit and work properly are two different things. Of course they will fit but this is not a good fit. The 195 tire is 2.125% larger in overall diameter. Your speedometer will read 58.7 at a true 60 mph. This is an acceptable compromise but one I personally would not make. A much better fitting tire would be 205/60-15.
