frogs do live on land. not all species of frogs live in water.
All amphibians have a life stage that occurs in water. They do not need to live in water. For example, toads come from eggs laid in water that turn to tadpoles and the tadpoles develop into toads that live almost exclusively on land.
Frogs - are usually better in water because they have looser hips and his hands are more stuck together witch can make him a bettter swimmer. Toads - are usually bigger and usually better on land because their hands and feet are not really hooked together and their hips are not as loose as frogs so their survive better on land. But - frogs and toads are they same in ways so please if you read this please help me save all frogs!
There is the African Dwarf frog, then there is the African Clawed frog which is illegal in most states, because they have very good potential to be an invasive species. Sumerian Frogs also live a great deal in the wild.
mostly frogs live in water but they can go on land to get away from preitors or to get food
Yes, frogs are amphibious creatures. Toads on the other hand spend more time on land than frogs do, but are still amphibians.
Frogs, toads, salamanders, crocodiles, and lungfish.
Yes. Frogs and toads are both amphibians, along with salamanders, newts and axolotls.
Amphibians (frogs, newts, toads and salamanders).
they are like any other frogs, they live in humid areas and live on both land and (mostly) water.
Frogs are amphibians. That means they can live on land, but they must return to water alot to lay eggs and breathe, whereas toads are land animals, so if you live in a house far from any water bodies or out in the country without ponds the pads/frogs you see in your garden are most likely be toads. So yes, frogs may be underwater creatures but they roam land aswell
quite a few. there is turtles, crocidiles, toads, frogs and hippos i think.
Amphibians are animals that both live in land and water. Examples are frogs, toads, salamanders and newts ...
This is the question I want answered, they don't tend to because when the tadpoles hatch they will die because they need to live in water but I recently found some frog spawn lying on the grass in my garden, I don't think it was meant to be there though. Hope this help... :)
They do not usually live like frogs do, half on land and half in water. They much prefer to live on land, in dryer areas. They have skin that better holds in moisture, so they can actually live in the desert.

Most amphibians live in or around water, although toads do not have to.
