Yes too many apples cause diarheaa for horses. They cannot digest the apples correctly and it shoots straight through them.
Diarrhoea and bleeding from colitis does cause severe anaemia, sometimes requiring blood transfusion before surgery
The easiest way to get rid of it is to give the horse lots of fresh water and if him/her is eating alfalfa and is switched over to it too quickly that is a big cause too.
Yes, many horses love Polos! Make sure not to give too many though; they are fine as an occasional treat! My friend gives every single one of her fav horses a mint polo!! they love them!
They can if you eat too many in one sitting. Grapes contain natural sugars, called fructose. Fructose causes gas when it reacts with acids in your stomach. Gas in your digestive system can cause diarrhoea. A lot of foods cause gas though - green beans, brussels and so on. As long as you eat a balanced diet and don't shovel in grapes like popcorn, you'll be fine.
It depends whether Diarrhoea is too much!
Well, it varies from hamster to hamster, but there is no harm giving them pine nuts. Just don't give them too many otherwise they can get diarrhoea which is really bad for them, as fatty nuts and cheese can give them diarrhoea as my hamster had diarrhoea and like a week later it died!! Hope this helps :)
Eating too much of a food, sickness.
oh yes definitely. it actually causes your testicles to shrivel up inside the scrotum. sometimes the penis even shrinks to less than 3cm in length and 2cm in diameter. so dont eat too much, unless you enjoy small genitalia.
Someone has too much time on their hands.
No, see related link for symptoms of sunstroke.
Many horses love peppermints. Just make sure not to feed them too many.
