If you are non-tolerant to other opioids such as hydrocodone (Vicodin, Lorcet, Lortab) or oxycodone (Percocet, OxyContin) you stand the change of getting a buzz.
It is recommended not to take more than 400mg of Tramadol per day (due to an increased risk of seizures) and if you're taking a formulation that contains Tylenol (APAP), do not exceed more than 4,000mg of that (to prevent liver toxicity). Be safe!

tramadol and ultracet contain the same ingredient tramadol. The difference is that ultacet contains 37 mgs of tramadol where tramadol contains 50 mgs of tramadol so tramadol is stronger then ultracet
