you can kiss him just start slow and just act normal if you feel nervous just calm down and lean toward him and kiss.

I am 11 years old and I kissed a boy when I was 8 years old.I agree that it is okay but take it slow at first.I am in middle school and I have my eye on a cute boy but is going out with my best friend.He is my ex,I know it sounds wierd but you will understand when you get older. Anyways,this boy asked me if I was ready for my first kiss,I lied and I know it isn't right but I said yes.To this day he doesn't know that I have already kissed somebody.

This maybe wrong in some people's opinion. As both boys are under the age of sexual consent there is nothing illegal about this, but some may say that there is a moral issue that the 15 year old boy should know better and could possibly be seen as taking advantage of the younger party.

Kissing may seem innocent and non-sexual to many people but you need to look further. Is the kiss a brotherly one-off non-sexual kiss or is it leading to a sexual relationship? If the first then there is nothing wrong in that. If there is an element of sexual desire then it can be unlawful. Even those under the Age of Consent will be committing an offense in the eyes of the Law.
