Yes.

The only consideration is, that according to Torah-law, she should not be in seclusion with a male, whether Jewish or non-Jewish. The door may be left slightly open; or, if they need a locked door, the patient's husband or another female may be present with them. (These precautions need not be taken if the obstetrician is female.)
