Food left out of the refrigerator is okay to eat for about 2 hours. If the temperature is under 80 degrees. The longer a food stays in the danger zone the more risk you take eating that food. Foods should either be kept hot or kept cold before eating to be really safe.

La Vache Qui Rit, Laughing Cow processed cheese, you know those tasty creamy triangles in foil, is sold from the shelf and does not need to be refrigerated. Despite what cheese purists might say, these tasty convenient triangles popular worldwide, are made of real cheese. In fact, in Asian countries where cheese is not a culinary tradition, La Vache Qui Rit has made the rich, creamy Western feel of cheese palatable to those who would otherwise dislike it.
