No. Taking a pregnancy test and having it come out positive means you're pregnant. If you have taken a pregnancy test and are not pregnant, then you still have a lump, but it is because of something else. That something could be nothing, it could be a harmless but ugly cyst, or it could be a malignant tumor. I'm not trying to frighten you, I'm just trying to make you realize you need to be in a doctor's office.
