No. It can actually help it. Vaseline creates a protective layer on the skin and does NOT clog pores. It also it known to heal wounds and acne scars faster. Vaseline is probably the cheapest, most effective moisterizer there is today. Ignore the expensive name brand products you see today. Treat your acne with natural products as well such as raw honey, lemon juice, lavender oil, etc. BP is a effective treatment for acne, but cases the skin to severely dry out and cause early wrinkles. I would NOT recommend BP for the skin whatsoever. If you do choose to use it, use the lowest percent. Stay away from 10% and 2.5%.

∙ 16y agoanything with oil --- such as thick/moist lotions can cause breakouts in the face. all lotions have oil whether they say they dont or not. its how much you use that makes the difference. dont use too much.. otherwise it DOES give you pimples. hope this helped.
