I'm no doctor, but I have suffered from neck pain (we are pretty sure it's tight muscles) and lately it has been exceptionally worse. This morning, my pain woke me up and I was very nauseous, and dizzy. I was sitting at my kitchen table and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to throw up and pass out at the same time; I had loss of hearing and my eyesight was going quick as well. Also I was very hot. This lasted for about a minute and then I laid down on the cold kitchen floor and got a cool rag, and I started to feel better. Since this morning, I've had very tight muscles and a small headache all day.
