Enzymes work well for that. It eats the glue/paste making it much easier to remove. Alternatively, warm water will also help loosen your wallpaper
Moderately warm water, mild soap and a sponge will to wonders. The warm water softens the glue on the stickers. If water is not and option, gently peel the sticker away and wipe the glue of with a soft cloth moistened with WD-40. (It works!!)
