Yes. Indeed, it is recommended that you learn C++ before learning C.
No. C++ is an extension of C. By the time you learn C++, you have learned C.

A Jew should learn Hebrew not for its own sake but as part of a program of Torah-learning plus knowing the meaning of the Hebrew prayers.
C++ is a superset of C, with some things changed, so it is more correct to say that learning C is easier than learning C++.
No. You have to be able to learn to read and write words that are part of the computer language (and the bulk of those words are taken from English). But a person can do that without using or understanding spoken English.
Read the specifications. Practice. Repeat as needed. Oh - Did I say read and practice. Humm..... :-)>
Sign language allows deaf children to communicate their thoughts, needs, and ideas to others. Sign language is the language of the deaf, just as Spanish is the language of Hispanics. Deaf children need to learn language just like all children need to learn language. Why is it important for anyone to learn to talk? The same reasons apply here to deaf children. So that they communicate with other people rather than writing down what they want to say. Plus they can't learn new weird unless they use dictionary pronunciation, because they are deaf.
you can't, it is a secured site without any cheats.
I think your spelling and grammar proves why learning English is important. :) English you pretty much need everywhere. Crappy spelling and grammar pisses a lot of people off and don't you want to walk around without the vocabulary of a three year old? Language is important; it's communication. If you don't learn English in school, you'll sound kind of stupid and people won't take you seriously. Plus, it's a bonus because English is a major language and might even help you get a job.
To be able to speak to those whose native tongue is not your own, plus it is a college requirement.
