A public road has been built near me and has been completed but is not 'officially' open and is marked as road closed. The company that built the road has a manned entrance at both ends to prevent access but I can get down the road. Is it illegal for me to cycle down there? Am I trespassing?
You can not legally use off road fuel in a licenced road vehicle
Not legally. Dirt bikes are made for off road use.
Not legally.
Depends. Over a certain horsepower, bikes have to be legally approved for road use. Brakes, indicators, insurance...
Not legally if used for on highway use. If it is ultra low sulfur it will not harm the engine.
