Yes, you can . I have had those and 215/65 R 15 on my 97 Taurus wagon.
This was answered on an episode of Mythbusters, you get better gas mileage with the AC on.
14mpg
Yes, they fit I have them on mine both the rims and tires...It does make a scrubbing noise on some turns and I have also been told that they cause the truck to burn more gas and it causes more wear and tear on the front end...I haven't really experienced any problems with mine but this is what I was advised by a mechanic. My truck really stands out with those Ram rims and tires and I get a lot of complements.
Gas has chemicals in it so it well affect you're lungs
It lowers your mpg
incorrect tire inflation
Drivers need to do everything they can to eek out the best gas mileage possible from their vehicles. Having the right size of wheels and tires, filled to the correct pressure, can make a big difference in the gas mileage a vehicle gets. Most vehicles have this information recorded just inside the drivers side door. This information may also be found in the owner's manual for most vehicles. When shopping for new wheels and tires for a car, be sure to purchase the sizes recommended by the vehicle manufacturer to get the optimal gas mileage the auto is rated for.
A lift kit shouldn't affect gas mileage at all. It's just when you put big aggressive tread tires on that you would lose gas mileage.
My research has shown that if you don't add bigger wheels and tires the gas mileage will stay about the same. Maybe at worst you might lose 1/2 of a mpg.
Tires do not have oxygen sensors. They can have pressure sensors. The lack of pressure sensors would have no affect on fuel economy.
yes
Yes, in fact, rotating and replacing tires regularly is essential for maintaining your car's optimum gas mileage.
Yes, the tires will ruin your gas mileage overall. Bigger tires weigh more and they're harder to rotate on the vehicle even though they gain greater traction.
Keep them properly inflated and balanced.
As long as the bolt pattern is the same, you can put these wheels on your Ford Ranchero. You should be aware though that this can affect your cars performance and gas mileage.
The color of paint does not affect gas mileage in any way.
