I wouldn't take any chances. Induce vomiting ASAP!! This can be accomplished by giving a small amount of Hydrogen Peroxide orally. Dog should vomit within a few minutes, if not, give more Hydrogen Peroxide (a small amount) until vomiting occurs. My 18 month-old German Shepherd ingested some mushrooms growing in our yard, I noticed it immediately and induced vomiting within 5 minutes. Use a turkey baster if you don't have a syringe (without the needle) available.
That is very likely because they are wild mushrooms. Many almost all wild mushrooms are poisonous check to see what type they are. If it's too hard get a long sleeve shirt and pants and tennis shoes and gloves and go pull all of them. Because they might give you skin damage
