What you will need: Silk/Cloth Duct Tape Cardboard Gel Pad/Extra Cloth First, you take a square piece of cloth, 1'x 1' , and put your footh on it. Then, wrap it around your foot, leaving room on the top of the foot. The covered part is the vamp. Then, take the duct tape and start covering the cloth. Make sure you put on 3 layers of duct tape. Then take the cardboard and put it ob the insides to make a strong vamp. Then, you take the gel (or cloth) and put it in the bottom. Lastly, stand up and see if your shoe is strong enough. Enjoy!
