Well yes, you can but only if it is little,, because I have two a big one and a little one. The smaller one is in a five gallon tank but eventually they get big so they will need to be moved into a bigger tank, but if you have a small one then it should be fine for the time being.

In technicalities, you can. But it'd be preferable if you kept it in a 10 gallon. Black moors produce a lot of waste, so the more water in the tank, the better. Not to mention, black moors, if given the space, can grow to be pretty big. So yes you can, but you should probably upgrade to a 10 gallon before getting a black moor.

one at most. goldfish need lots of room and they produce the most waste of any fish. A 10 gallon would be better.

No. Goldfish need 20 gallons AT LEAST for just one, plus add another 10 gallons for each other goldfish. For 4 black moors, you'll need at least a 50 gallon tank.

Can a black moor live outside?

Black Moor fish can live outside because they are very hardy and can withstand cold temperatures. But because Black Moors have poor eyesight, they cannot be with other fast moving fish that may eat all the food before the Black Moor can get to it. If your Black Moor is alone or with other slower fishes, you can keep them outside.

Is it ok to keep a black moor in a fish bowl?

It is definitely NOT OK to keep a Black Moor in a fish bowl if you wish it to live and grow. Fancy Goldfish grow into large fish of around 10 inches or so in about 12 to 18 months. They should be kept in a properly filtered planted large aquarium. (If not a pond) The basic fish keepers rule is 1 inch of fish needs at least 1 gallon of water. Taking into consideration that a fish tank is normally filled to within 1 inch of the top and also has a couple of inches of gravel on the bottom to grow plants in, a 15 gallon (nominal) tank would only contain about 10 to 12 gallons of water. That means a Black Moor should be in a tank with a minimum (nominal) size of 15 gallons not a bowl. Actualy when you think about it, no fish should ever be kept in a tiny container like a fish bowl it is cruel.

Which fish is a strange fish?

I am an owner of cold water fish. 5 of them in fact. I know people don't always associate a common gold fish as a strange fish. You may have heard of a fish called a black moor. If you haven't below is a picture of a black moor which I found on google. These fish are very strange as they have large eyes that droop if you lift the fish out of the water for a short period of time.

Black moor fish mix well with other fancy goldfish, but as black moors have poor vision they would be better with other poor vision fish like telescope goldfish or bubble eye as not to have to compete for food finding.
